Week 9 Injury Roundup: Lamar, Tuten, Garrett Wilson and the Browns QB Swap

Week 9 fantasy injury news: Lamar Jackson to IR, Bhayshul Tuten questionable, Garrett Wilson concussion, Deshaun Watson out, Breece Hall back.

The pitch: Everything that changes your lineup this week, in one place. Check again before kickoff, because several of these are game-time calls.

Lamar Jackson, QB, Ravens: IR (thumb). Could miss the rest of the season. Backup Tyler Huntley is also done for the year with a toe/foot injury, so undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano starts Thursday (PFT). Baltimore is finalizing a trade for Jacoby Brissett, but it isn't official yet and won't be done before Thursday. He's expected to start in Week 10 against the Chargers (NFL.com). Fantasy impact: Zay Flowers is a WR3/flex this week; Derrick Henry still gets work.

Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jaguars: questionable Thursday (ankle/foot). He didn't practice all week. Liam Coen calls him a game-time decision, but NBC Sports says he's on the wrong side of questionable (NBC Sports). Chris Rodriguez Jr. came off the injury report after three limited practices and looks like the likely starter. Add Rodriguez in 10- and 12-team leagues.

Deshaun Watson, QB, Browns: concussion protocol. He self-reported symptoms Tuesday and is in the protocol, so Shedeur Sanders is in line to start in New Orleans (NFL.com). That's a boost for Harold Fannin Jr. (SI).

Garrett Wilson, WR, Jets: concussion protocol, day-to-day (ESPN). Unlikely to play vs. Kansas City. He's been getting 26.4% of the Jets' targets, which now go to Omar Cooper Jr., Adonai Mitchell and the backs (DraftSharks).

Breece Hall, RB, Jets: trending toward a return (quad). Aaron Glenn says Hall is "trending in the right direction" after five missed games, and that "both will play" when asked about Hall and Braelon Allen (ESPN). NBC Sports thinks Allen could stay the lead rusher while Hall handles passing downs (NBC Sports).

Christian Watson, WR, Packers: broken rib. He could play through it but is at risk of leaving early. If he sits, Matthew Golden moves up (Yahoo).

Jeremiyah Love, RB, Cardinals: IR (high-ankle sprain). Expected to miss four to five weeks. Tyler Allgeier is the guy, and he's the top add in our waiver wire post.

What to do with all this? Head to the Week 9 start/sit.
